Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud computing and security principles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and demonstrate expertise in implementing secure, automated solutions. Proficiency in DevOps practices and the ability to articulate technical concepts fluently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Computing Expertise:
• Deep understanding of virtualization, containerization, and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in core services across CSPs such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Security Implementation:
• Design and implement security measures, including Kubernetes security, IAM policies, container security, network security, auditing, and data protection.
• Author and enforce policy-as-code using frameworks like OPA or Cedar.
• Automation and Development:
• Develop scripts and tools using Python or Golang to enhance security and observability.
• Build and maintain APIs and automation workflows to support secure solution delivery.
• DevOps and Agile Practices:
• Collaborate in agile environments, utilizing DevOps methodologies to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform to achieve scalable automation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver secure solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and effectively communicate across teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform security capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, IAM, container security, and network security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with policy-as-code solutions (OPA, Cedar) and IaC tools (Terraform).
• Strong programming skills in Python or Golang for security automation and observability.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and agile delivery practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD security implementations.
• Expertise in API development and automation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment
